From general maintenance, renovations and custom homes through to commercial fit-outs, drainage, excavation, hot water systems and blocked drains, we provide a broad range of plumbing services from maintenance through to project-based works.
Yes. Our plumbers are licensed and insured, with the experience and training to deliver high-quality plumbing, with all works completed in accordance with Australian Standards.
For many jobs, we can provide an initial estimate or ballpark figure without a site visit. Send us a brief description of the work along with any photos or relevant information, and we can often assess it over the phone or by email. If a site inspection is required to provide firm pricing, we’ll let you know before arranging a visit.
Our minimum service charge is $220 + GST, which includes travel to site and up to the first hour of labour. From there, we provide either upfront pricing or an hourly rate depending on the nature and scope of the work, with pricing discussed before any additional works proceed.
Yes. Where the scope of work can be clearly established, we provide upfront fixed pricing before works commence. For works better suited to an hourly rate, this will be discussed with you beforehand. Any additional or unforeseen works will always be communicated before proceeding.
Yes. We install heat pump hot water systems and whole-house water filtration systems, including new installations, replacements and upgrades. For eligible heat pump installations, we can assist with available rebate requirements and help you understand what may apply to your installation. Whole-house filtration can provide cleaner, better-tasting water from every tap in your home while reducing chlorine, sediment and other unwanted contaminants from your water supply.
We’re based in Albert Park and service Melbourne and surrounding areas. For commercial and project-based works, our service area extends throughout Victoria, with travel assessed depending on the scope and requirements of each project.
Yes. We work with facility managers, body corporates and property managers across Melbourne, providing reactive and planned plumbing maintenance, repairs, compliance works and scheduled servicing. We can also assist with ongoing maintenance requirements across individual sites and property portfolios.
Yes. We undertake plumbing works for commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and upgrades across retail, hospitality, offices and other commercial properties, working alongside builders and other trades from initial works through to fit-off and completion.
Yes. We provide installation, testing and servicing of backflow prevention devices and thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs). We manage the associated compliance paperwork and documentation and provide annual reminders when your next test is due, helping keep your property’s testing requirements up to date.
We don’t operate as a 24/7 emergency plumbing service. Our focus is on providing reliable, high-quality plumbing during our standard operating hours. For existing commercial clients, urgent works may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, with additional fees applying for works outside standard operating hours.
